INFORMATION for PARTICIPANTS
organizational information
General:
28.05.2011 – arrival of groups from Tokaj, Veselí nad Lužnicí and Yspertal
29.05–31.06 – workshops
1.06.2011 – the Closing Ceremony
2.06.2011 – departure
Students
- accommodation in the school dormitory, mostly in three-bed rooms,
- meals in the canteen, in the same building as the dormitory.
- all participants should have appropriate outdoor clothing:
- long trousers,
- long-sleeved shirts,
- headgear,
- sports outfits and shoes for playing games,
- group two will also need:
- swimsuits,
- footwear and swim caps for the brine swimming pool.
Bus drivers
- accommodation in the school dormitory in single rooms,
- meals in the canteen together with the participants of the project.
Transport costs
- the participants cover the costs of the transport to and from Cieszyn,
- the host – the Szybiński Secondary School covers all costs of transport to the workshops during the project.
