INFORMATION for PARTICIPANTS
organizational information
General:
3.6.2012 – arrival of groups from Cieszyn and Tokaj
3.6.2012 – arrival of groups from Yspertal
4-6.6.2012 – workshops
7.6.2012 – the Final conference
8.6.2012 – departure
Students
- accommodation in the school hostel, mostly in two, three-bed rooms.
- meals are served in the canteen, the same biulding where the hostel is.
- all participants should have appropriate outdoor clothing:
- long trousers,
- long-sleeved shirts,
- headgear,
- sports outfits and shoes for playing games,
- the first and second group will also need an identity card or passport (they won't be allowed in the inner sector of the nuclear power plant JETE without an identification document)
Bus drivers
- accommodation in the school hostel in single rooms,
- meals are served in the canteen together with the participants of the project.
Transport costs
- the participants cover the transport costs from their homes to Veselí n. Luz,
- the hosting school – SOŠEP Veselí covers all transport costs to the workshops and
excursions during the project.
- SOŠEP does not cover the costs of travel insurance; it is advised that the guests
contract the travel insurance themselves.
